About us

Unified Reporting System — a project created based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-8 dated January 9, 2024. The system allows entrepreneurs to submit 105 types of mandatory reports for 14 government agencies through a single digital window — the hisobot.gov.uz portal. There is no need to bring paper documents, stand in queues, or fill in the same fields on different agency websites.

The platform supports identification via OneID, so the submitted data has full legal force. Technical and methodological guidance is also entrusted to the E-Government Project Management Center, and the Unified Integrator UZINFOCOM develops and ensures the uninterrupted operation of the system. According to the decree, submission of reports through the portal will be voluntary from 2026, mandatory for small and medium-sized businesses in 2027, and for all business entities from 2028.

Why is this important?

The Unified Reporting System significantly reduces the administrative burden on businesses. The portal is integrated with government databases and automatically fills in most fields, so the entrepreneur only needs to check and confirm the information. This minimizes errors, saves time and resources. All processes are online, so the report status is always available; in case of rejection, the reason is indicated immediately, which simplifies corrections. Government agencies receive complete and reliable data in a unified format, and regulators get up-to-date statistics for prompt and accurate decisions.

How does it work?

The entrepreneur logs into the system via OneID, after which the organization's data is loaded automatically. They select the required report, review the form generated by the system, make corrections if necessary, and submit the document. The report status is immediately displayed in the personal account, and in case of rejection, the system shows the reason and recommendations for correction. The analytics section provides charts and summary data for all submitted reports.
