Based on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), a mechanism for automating the reporting processes for organizations submitting financial statements has been introduced. In accordance with Resolution No. PQ-282 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “On measures to improve the financial reporting system in accordance with international requirements and standards,” a mechanism for the automatic generation of IFRS-based reporting forms in the entrepreneur’s personal account within the reporting submission component of the Unified Reporting System (hisobot.gov.uz) has been developed and technically implemented. Furthermore, additional monitoring capabilities have been created for authorized staff of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Central Bank, and the Tax Committee within the reporting acceptance component of the Unified Reporting System for government organizations (authority.hisobot.gov.uz). For reference: The Unified Reporting System was developed under the coordination of the Ministry of Digital Technologies by the LLC “Unified Integrator – UZINFOCOM” based on paragraph 5 of the Presidential Resolution No. PQ-8 dated January 9, 2024, and was launched in pilot mode in March of this year. Today, on November 20, a presentation seminar was held for representatives of the relevant organizations regarding the above-mentioned capabilities.
