Personal data is processed for user identification and to enable the submission of reports through the system.
- Legal basis
The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Electronic Government'.
- Transfer of data to third parties
Data is transferred to organizations receiving reports solely based on the user's consent.
- Data retention period
Personal data is stored and processed until the completion of the relevant procedures or until the termination of the Agreement in accordance with clause 7 of this Policy.
- Agreement validity period
The agreement is valid until the user revokes it.
The privacy policy comes into force after its acceptance by the user and remains valid until it is canceled or replaced by a new version.
